I solemnly declare and affirm that I am duly qualified to take admission in the program for which I have applied and all the certificates and testimonials attached with my application are true and valid. I have fully satisfied myself about the legal status of AC-TECH, i.e. it is an autonomous statutory body with regulations making power for its functioning. AC-TECH is duly authorized and competent to take my admission in the program for which I have applied. I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about AC-TECH legal status to take my admission and award certificate. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute / differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by AC-TECH shall be applicable. I am aware that if any Plagiarism found, my certificate may be cancelled by AC-TECH without making any prior notice. I shall always follow the rules and regulations of AC-TECH, in case of any breach there too. I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the AC-TECH. AC-TECH is all time free to change the above furnished details which may come without any prior notice. AC-TECH management has full right to modify/change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior information or notice.
